The winter's at the gates, and the mind....goes back to summer.
Last july I was invited by my friend Eduard to join him at the festival he was playing in. A classical music event called "Les heures romantiques", in the region of Loire. The plan he said me was: sleeping in an old monastery togheter with the musicians, free concerts, wonderful places, the quiet of the deep countryside. Fucking good plan. So I take my camera and stuff and I went on the first train to Tours. Few days, but damned good. Nice people, huge amazing castles from the french renaissance, delicious music and food. On the backstage, they were always asking me: "what are you playing?" "Me?..ehmm, I'm with Eduard Bayer you know, the violinist...I'm....his photographer! Yes, his personal photographer!" My pro equipment made the rest, everyone believed it...
